A Saratoga County resident, Joseph J. DiDonna Sr., 80, was arrested in Malta and charged with criminal mischief in the second degree, a class D felony, following an incident on September 6th, 2025.
According to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office, DiDonna is accused of intentionally damaging three separate vehicles by scratching them with a key, with the total value of the damage allegedly exceeding $1,500.
DiDonna appeared in court and was arraigned before Judge Ellwood A. Sloat Jr. Following the initial proceedings, he was released on his own recognizance while awaiting further court dates related to this charge.
