State Police reported a significant discovery on New York’s Northway yesterday afternoon in Clifton Park. A 19-year-old man was found driving with a large quantity of cannabis hidden within his vehicle.
The man, identified as Louie Diabo of Hogansburg, was stopped late Wednesday. Troopers discovered 150 pounds of cannabis packed in vacuum-sealed bags inside his car. This substantial amount was concealed right before law enforcement.
As a result of this find, Diabo faces charges including criminal possession of cannabis and various traffic violations. He appeared in Clifton Park Town Court, where he was released on his own recognizance following arraignment.
