A Saratoga County man faces serious legal consequences after 13 dead dogs were discovered concealed inside his vehicle. Paul H. Daby Jr. has been indicted on 13 felony counts of tampering with physical evidence by the Saratoga County District Attorney’s Office. These charges stem from allegations that he placed the dogs, who subsequently died, inside garbage bags in his car on June 24th.
District Attorney Brett Eby emphasized the county’s firm stance against animal cruelty, stating the office takes such allegations very seriously. Investigators determined the dogs died from extreme heat after being left inside the vehicle overnight. This case underscores the commitment to protecting animals and holding individuals accountable for their welfare.
Daby is the boyfriend of London Jae, who was also arrested in connection with the incident and is expected to be back in court.
