A Halfmoon man faces serious legal consequences following the discovery of thirteen deceased dogs concealed within his vehicle. Paul Daby Jr., a 68-year-old resident of Halfmoon, has been indicted by a Saratoga County grand jury on thirteen counts of tampering with physical evidence related to this disturbing case.
The indictment details that Daby is accused of hiding the bodies of the dogs in garbage bags inside his car on June 24th. This investigation, which prompted charges against another individual, London Jae, stemmed from a routine suspicious vehicle complaint that led deputies to the grim scene where the dogs were found.
