The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office recently arrested Manuel Hilario, a 31-year-old Ballston Spa resident, following a traffic stop. Hilario was stopped for failing to stop at a red light, a violation that led to further investigation.
Upon further examination, officers discovered that Hilario’s driver’s license was already suspended. Testing revealed a high blood alcohol concentration (BAC), leading to accusations that he was driving while his license was suspended and under the influence.
