A Glens Falls firefighter was seriously injured after falling from a fire truck while responding to an emergency Thursday evening, CBS 6 Albany reports. The incident occurred as Engine 4 was leaving Broad Street Fire Station No. 2.
The firefighter, whose condition is described as critical, was taken to Glens Falls Hospital and later transferred to Albany Medical Center for further care.
