The tentative roll is now available for public review. You can view it online or by visiting the Town Clerk’s office during regular business hours. This is your opportunity to carefully check the information associated with your property. If you spot any errors or discrepancies, it’s important to act soon.
The public review period runs until July 15th. If you find any issues with your assessment, you have until July 24th to file a formal protest with the Saratoga County Board of Assessment Appeals. The assessor, Mark W. Schmitt, has completed this phase of the assessment cycle.
