Saratoga County’s own golfers are making waves! Raine Rumble of SUNY Canton, Bethany Wineburg of Nazareth College, and Emma Sweazy of St. John Fisher University have been named Empire 8 Golfers of the Week. This prestigious recognition highlights their outstanding performances during recent championship events.
Raine Rumble, a freshman at SUNY Canton from Gouverneur, earned Player of the Week honors by leading the men’s competition at the Empire 8 Conference Championships. Bethany Wineburg, a Nazareth sophomore from Homer, and Emma Sweazy, a St. John Fisher freshman from Rush, shared Co-Player of the Week honors, excelling at the Northeast Women’s Golf Conference Championship.
