Local baseball fans, take note! Andrew Redick is keeping a close eye on the Shenendehowa Varsity Boys Baseball team, and for good reason. The Plainsmen had a solid start to their season, highlighted by a decisive 8-1 victory over Guilderland last Saturday and a dominant 10-1 win at home against Saratoga Springs on April 28th.
The team continued their winning ways with a 5-3 win over Bethlehem Central on May 12th and a 12-0 shutout against Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake on May 7th. They also picked up wins earlier in the spring, defeating Averill Park 9-2 on April 23rd and Colonie Central 2-8 on April 21st.
However, not all games were kind to the home team, as Shenendehowa suffered a 4-8 loss to Niskayuna on April 28th and a 0-3 defeat to Christian Brothers Academy on May 19th. Keep following Andrew Redick’s updates for more game reports and highlights!
