Clifton Park residents have something new to cheer about! State Senator Jim Tedisco recently announced that he’s secured a significant $100,000 New York State grant to help build the new Deanna Marie Rivers Batting Cages at the Miss Shen Softball Field in Clifton Common.
These new batting cages are set to enhance the field at the popular softball venue, providing better practice facilities for players of all ages and skill levels. This addition aims to boost recreational opportunities right here in our community.
This project wouldn’t have been possible without the support and vision of Senator Tedisco and the state funding. We’re grateful to everyone involved in making this happen and look forward to enjoying these new facilities at the Miss Shen Softball Field.
