Earlier this month, State Police Troop G conducted several notable DWI arrests in Saratoga County, reminding us all of the importance of safe driving practices. These incidents occurred between April 9th and April 15th, highlighting the dedication of our local law enforcement to keeping our roads safe.
On the evening of April 9th, officers stopped a vehicle on State Route 9 in Queensbury and arrested Brendan T. Tucker for DWI. Similar enforcement actions were taken the following day when Christopher Cropsey was stopped near Central Avenue in Colonie and arrested for DWI at 3:26 a.m.
Further incidents underscored the persistent focus on impaired driving. On April 12th, two separate DWI arrests were made: Thatcher S. Boswell-Penc was stopped on Loudon Road in Colonie, and Evander Vazquez Gonzalez was found walking after his vehicle crashed near exit 7E of I-787 in Menands. The following night, Deryl L. Wimberly was arrested for DWI and providing false identifying information on exit 4 of I-87 in Colonie.
