Wake Forest’s track and field team is back in action this weekend! The Demon Deacons, who recently shone at the Raleigh Relays, will compete in two meets this spring break: the Duke Invitational on Friday, April 10, and the Hurricane Alumni Invitational on Saturday, April 11.
Both meets offer opportunities for local Saratoga Springs native Mackenzie Hart to chase school records. Hart recently set a top-10 program mark in the women’s 10,000 meters and will look to improve her ranking at these upcoming competitions. The Duke Invitational takes place at Morris Williams Track in Durham, NC, while the Hurricane Alumni Invitational is at Cobb Stadium in Coral Gables, FL. Following a standout performance at the Raleigh Relays, where Hart set a school record, the Demon Deacons are eager to continue their strong season.
