Great news from Saratoga Springs! The Shaker Rowing team, representing the Shaker Rowing Association, has claimed top honors at the New York State High School Championships Regatta held over the weekend on Saratoga Lake.
Their impressive performance saw the girls junior quadruple skulls finish in second place, while the boys junior double skulls secured a fourth-place finish. This outstanding result earned the team a well-deserved invitation to compete at the national level.
The seventh- through twelfth-grade rowers will travel to Nashville at the end of the month to compete in the national championship. Way to go, Shaker Rowing team! It’s fantastic news for our community.
