Hey Saratogians! The weather was heating up, and so were the baseball games across our county yesterday. The high school baseball scene was full of exciting action on Monday, with several impressive victories reported from the diamond.
The standout story involved the Saratoga Springs Indians. They trailed the Christian Brothers Academy Wildcats after the early innings but pulled off a huge rally, scoring six runs in the crucial fifth frame. That surge powered them to an 8-3 comeback victory at East Side Rec. CBA had gotten off to a quick start by taking the lead in the third inning.
Meanwhile, other teams also brought home the wins, including impressive showings from Saratoga Springs, Mechanicville, South Glens Falls, and Saratoga Central Catholic. It was a day filled with great baseball for our local fans!
