It’s always a thrill to see a football legend grace our local dining scene, and Bill Parcells certainly delivered that! The famed “Big Tuna” recently enjoyed a meal at Noah’s Italian in downtown Saratoga Springs, adding to the growing list of celebrities spotted in our Capital Region.
Parcells spent over two decades coaching in the NFL, leading teams like the New York Giants, Jets, Patriots, and Cowboys to great success, including two Super Bowl victories. But since 2011, he’s been making his home in Saratoga Springs as an active Thoroughbred owner and breeder, racing under the August Dawn Farm banner.
Known for his competitive spirit on the field, Parcells has also found success in the paddock, particularly with his talented filly Maple Leaf Mel. His connection to Saratoga runs deep, making his recent dinner out at Noah’s Italian a natural occurrence, where Chef Noah Frese was happy to serve him classic Italian fare.
