The Saratoga Springs Preservation Foundation is thrilled to announce the 2026 Historic Homes Tour, set to take place on Saturday, May 9th, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. This beloved spring tradition celebrates the architectural heritage of Saratoga Springs by offering a unique glimpse into the interiors of private historic homes.
This year’s in-person tour will explore the East Side, showcasing properties on Circular Street, Lincoln Avenue, Spring Street, and Caroline Street. Highlights include a grand Italianate house recently rehabilitated, an early Greek Revival residence, and examples of adaptively reused buildings, demonstrating the diverse history and commitment to preservation within our community.
For those unable to attend in person or wanting more, Green River Pictures, LLC, will again provide a virtual tour featuring three selected homes, sharing additional research. In conjunction with the tour, attendees can participate in two free educational programs at the Saratoga Joinery on Caroline Street: a 9 a.m. Breakfast & Buildings session on women’s education history and a 12 p.m. Lunch & Learn covering the rich past of 69 Caroline Street itself.
