The Saratoga Springs Lions Club is kicking off their annual “Because Hunger Doesn’t End with the Holidays” food drive this Saturday, January 18th, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. This community effort invites everyone to join in fighting hunger by bringing non-perishable items to their collection bins.
Other local happenings include the expansion of Saratoga Hospital’s urgent care services in Queensbury and the ongoing community project known as Code Blue on Adelphi Street. These developments highlight the county’s commitment to health and infrastructure.
Residents can also look forward to local partnerships, like the new “Oat-bituary” stout beer from Death Wish Coffee and Northway Brewing, and support for health initiatives such as the upcoming Capital Region Heart Walk registration by the American Heart Association.
