The Hyde Collection is celebrating 35 years of showcasing student talent with its annual High School Juried Art Show! This prestigious exhibition, now in its 35th anniversary, opens to the public on April 18th and runs through May 17th.
Dozens of outstanding student artists from Saratoga County and surrounding areas are invited to display their work in this nationally recognized event. Over 440 submissions from 275 students representing 18 local schools were reviewed by esteemed judges, with 136 pieces selected for display across various mediums including drawing, painting, digital art, photography, sculpture, ceramics, and more.
The show, one of the longest-running of its kind in the country, not only displays incredible artwork but also offers students valuable experience in a professional arts environment. The opening reception on April 18th will also honor award winners, including Best of Show and other recognitions, with scholarships available for continuing art education at SUNY Adirondack.
