The deal, finalized in March, marks another significant milestone for both firms and adds a talented team of 18 professionals to Sax’s growing roster, including five partners. This acquisition brings Faz Forensics’ expertise under the Sax Advisory Group umbrella, further strengthening the local business landscape.
Faz Forensics, known for its rigorous and independent approach to high-stakes financial matters since its founding in 2016, joins Sax with offices now opening in Saratoga Springs alongside their Boston location. The integration means Faz Forensics clients gain access to a broader national platform and expanded technical resources, while the firm assures continuity of the personalized service and trusted relationships that defined Faz’s practice.
