Jewelers of America has announced its 2026 ’20 Under 40′ class, honoring 40 emerging leaders under 40 years old across the U.S. jewelry industry. This program, launched in 2022, celebrates rising talent on both the retail and supply side of the business, highlighting the next generation of leadership through two separate lists, one for retailers and one for suppliers.
The retail honorees, representing diverse roles from store management to design and marketing, come from various parts of the country, showcasing the broad scope of the jewelry business. Among the supplier honorees, Domenique Collins from Adaptive in Saratoga Springs, New York, stands out as a local connection within our community.
David Bonaparte, president and CEO of Jewelers of America, expressed pride in the honorees, stating the program underscores the collaboration and creativity within the jewelry community.
