Jewelers of America has announced the winners of its 2026 20 Under 40 Program, recognizing 40 young leaders under the age of 40 for their outstanding contributions to the jewelry industry. This prestigious program celebrates both retail professionals and those working in supplier roles who demonstrate exceptional leadership, innovation, and dedication.
This year marks a significant expansion for the program, which began in 2022. Following its success in highlighting young talent in jewelry retail, the program now also includes individuals from supplier companies supporting the retail market, encompassing design, manufacturing, wholesale, and service roles.
The complete list of honorees includes 20 recipients from the retail sector and 20 from the supplier category. These individuals were selected by a panel of industry judges based on their professional achievements, innovative thinking, leadership qualities, and commitment to the jewelry community and the JA Code of Professional Practices.
