John Anthony Fantauzzi, Esq., a devoted father and lifelong resident of Saratoga County, passed away peacefully at home on May 3, 2023, after bravely facing Huntington’s disease. He was born on June 21, 1969, and is survived by his four children, Isabella, Sophia, Devlin, and Francesca Fantauzzi.
Fantauzzi had a bright academic and professional path, graduating magna cum laude from Siena College and later receiving a law degree and a Master’s in Public Policy from William & Mary. He enjoyed a successful legal career and served as a Town Justice for the Town of Ballston. Known for his sharp mind, particularly regarding football statistics, John was also a devoted family man, often sharing his pride in his children.
John was a deeply involved community member, active with the Knights of Columbus, Immaculate Conception Church, the BPA, and Rotary International. He cherished his faith, loved time with family, enjoyed reading, running, fantasy football, and his final Pittsburgh Steelers game with his father. Memorial donations can be made to the Town of Ballston Republican Committee or the Movement Disorder Clinic.
