Geraldine Crisafulli, a long-time resident of Fulton, NY, passed away at the age of 88 on April 4, 2026, after a brief illness. She spent most of her life in Fulton and was born in Lawrence, Massachusetts to Antonio and Maria (Liguori) Nardella.
Mrs. Crisafulli had a long career with the Oswego County Social Services Department, retiring after 25 years of dedicated service. She was also actively involved in the community, being a member of the Oswego County Retirees and serving as a Cub Scouts Den Mother. Outside of work, she was known for her passion for knitting and sewing, creating countless items like mittens, hats, scarves, shirts, and baby gifts over the years.
She is survived by her children, Eric (Sandy) Bomgren, Carol Cughan, and Maria (Elias) Baboun; her daughter-in-law, LeeAnn Bomgren; her siblings, Amato Nardella and Ann Marie Nardella; seven grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren. Calling hours and a Mass of Christian Burial were held in Fulton. Geraldine’s legacy of community service and creative craftsmanship will be missed.
