Our community mourns the passing of Carol A. Connell, a beloved resident of Watervliet who passed away peacefully on January 1, 2025, at age 77, surrounded by her family.
Career-wise, Carol worked as a Medical Records Clerk for the NYS Capital District Psychiatric Center for many years. She cherished her time with her husband Daniel P. Connell and their family, finding joy in casino trips and making many dear friends along the way.
Carol is survived by her husband, two children, six grandchildren, and numerous friends. Calling hours were held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals in Watervliet. In lieu of flowers, donations were requested to the ASPCA or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
