Keith Glen Stoddard, a long-time resident of upstate New York who recently moved to Las Cruces, passed away peacefully on March 6, 2025, at his home, surrounded by family. Born in Cambridge, New York, Keith lived a life spanning many states and adventures before finding his retirement home in the desert southwest.
Keith enjoyed a successful career as a computer consultant, traveling across the country to work with mainframe systems. After retiring from that path, he owned and operated a motel in Pulaski, NY, until selling it in 2011. Seeking warmer climes, he and his partner Nancy Farrell made the move to Las Cruces, achieving their dream of living overlooking the Organ Mountains.
Keith was deeply involved in community efforts, particularly proud of his work with the Pulaski Community Cupboard. He was a devoted partner and father, known for his wonderful sense of humor, often shared over a dark beer or a game of pool. He will be missed by his family, friends, and many from the community he touched. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Pulaski Community Cupboard are respectfully requested.
