Mervyn Milks, a resident of Greenfield, passed away on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at Glens Falls Hospital after a long illness. He was 57 years old. Tributes have poured in remembering a man who faced immense hardship with remarkable resilience.
Milks grew up navigating tough circumstances without a father, learning to fend for himself from a young age. Despite these challenges, he displayed extraordinary grit and determination, ultimately earning respect and connections to some of the most exclusive, invitation-only clubs in the country. Known for his quiet demeanor but zero tolerance for those who tried to take advantage of him, and for his lifelong passion for Harley Davidson motorcycles, Mervyn’s journey was one of overcoming adversity.
He is survived by his supportive ex-wife Mellisa, brothers Francis and Mark, children Kyle and Joe (along with their families and Ivan), and grandchildren.
